Tässä yksi asu, joka sopii mahtavasti tähän vaihtelevien lämpötilojen sesonkiin, nimittäin tällainen t-paitamallinen neule on ihan huippu. Sen kanssa voi kerrostaa neuletakin tai takin ja huivia ei tarvita, mutta tarvittaessa se on sitten myös mallinsa vuoksi riittävän viileä iltapäivän auringossa.
It's here again - the season of chilly mornings and boiling afternoons. When I left for work at 6:30 am this week, it was +9 degrees and cloudy. My office is freezing all year around so I wore quite chunky and warm things. Of course in the afternoon when I left work, it was +23 and sunny... Damn, what a sweaty commute home! Here's an outfit that is great for weather like this, as a sweater shaped like a t shirt gives you the cools and the warmth at the same time. You can layer up with a trench coat or a cardigan and a scarf is not needed because of the high neck. It's also cool enough in the afternoon as it doesnt have sleeves. Score!

Olen tällä hetkellä kotona sairastamassa ja kävinkin tänään elämäni toisen kerran koronatestissä, edellisen kerran kävin joskus helmi-maaliskuussa. Silloin näyte otettiin selkeästi väärin eikä tarpeeksi syvältä, nyt varmasti näyte on luotettavampi. Niin inhottavaa kuin sen otto onkin, on se onneksi tosi nopeasti ohi ja tuntuu lähinnä siltä, kuin vettä menisi tosi syvälle nenään, heh. Toivotaan negatiivista tulosta, sillä en millään ehtisi olla töistä pois kahta viikkoa eikä ehdoton kotikaranteeni houkuttaisi meitä kumpaakaan. Jos mun tulos olisi positiivinen, olisi myös Joe karanteenissa. Uskon kuitenkin, että mulla on vain ihan perusflunssa :)
Kävin kesällä myös töiden kautta vasta-ainetestissä ja sekin oli negatiivinen, eli todennäköisesti en ole sairastanut koronavirusta silloin keväällä, kun kärsin aika kovasta ja pitkästä flunssasta. Onko teillä kokemusta korona- tai vasta-ainetestistä?

I'm currently at home sick and just got tested for covid-19 again. Last time I had that test in Feb or March. Lots of lucky untested people wonder how it feels and I could say that it's not a pleasant experience but it only lasts 5-10 seconds. I would say it feels like your nose is full of water. It also depends a lot on the nurse taking the test, some are very skilled and don't cause any pain, some are a bit newer at it and might have technical difficulties with your nose canals. I'm really hoping for a negative result as I just don't have the time to be off from work for weeks... Also Joe would be under quarantine, if that happened. I also got tested for the corona antibodies in summer but it was also negative, meaning that I haven't had corona this year yet. Have you had either of the tests?
